FAQ
how far in advance should i book a session for a family shoot?
2-4 weeks is enough time to book a session. 3-6 weeks to make sure you get your ideal date.
Do i need to pay the session fee when i book?
A 50% non refundable retainer is required to secure your date when booking the session with the balance to be paid 2 days prior to the booking date.
what should i wear for my photo shoot session?
Once we've secured your date and your deposit has been paid, I will email you a Studio Style Guide (pdf) so you can come prepared for the shoot.
do you have a studio or do you work on location?
All my sessions take place in my studio on Hill Farm in Radlett, Hertfordshire. There is plenty of parking and it's easy to find.
Can we bring our dog along for a family shoot?
Absolutely! Your pet is an essential part of your family and if you would like them to be part of the shoot, then please bring them along. They will need to be groomed and on a lead when they first come into the studio.
what if i need to cancel our booking in the event that one of the family members isn't feeling well?
We can never predict these things! Your family comes first and we can just move the date to another one that suits us both.
